It is a public access site. CamOne.com provides a data base which enables professional displays, marketing, and communication amongst agencies, producers, models, actors, and photographers. CamOne.com has no ownership interest in any image uploaded by users to this site.

2. All users of this site are responsible to abide by this agreement and site guidelines, and to abide by the agreement and guidelines of any third party payment systems.

5. The main problem with any data base is keeping it updated. CamOne.com has developed two new methods for constant clean-up: (1) all talent will have follow up phone calls to ensure they are "real" and (2) the server will automatically ping the email addresses to find non working addresses and then red flag them to allow users and talent to be aware of possible email changes that need to be made.

6. The user hereby grants CamOne.com the right to edit, copy publish and republish any and all information or material posted or transmitted to the site, and the user agrees that the information or material that the user posts in not confidential or proprietary.

7. The user hereby agrees and understands that the site shall not be used for the promotion or recruitment of escorts or escort services etc. and that the use of this site, and any of the information contained herein, which in any way promotes or recruits escorts or escort services etc. shall result in the immediate disabling of the users membership and information. There shall be no refund of any money paid by a user who violates this rule.
